CIC participates in the Vietnam Urban Sustainable Development Forum 2023

In the context that Vietnamese urban areas are entering the first year of implementing Resolution 06-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2022 of the Politburo on planning, construction, management and sustainable development of Vietnamese urban areas, South to 2030, vision to 2045 and Digital Transformation in Vietnam is developing strongly, the Vietnam Urban Sustainable Development Forum 2023 hosted by the Ministry of Construction has attracted a large number of Ministries, Central branches, domestic and international agencies and organizations.

Right at this Forum, Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi emphasized: Vietnam Urban Forum 2023 will be an opportunity for urban governments, managers, experts, organizations and communities to dialogue. , sharing important knowledge, lessons, and practices to jointly have suggestions, directions, and best practices to realize the key tasks set out in Resolution 06-NQ/TW and Resolution 148/NQ -CP.

As an enterprise under the Ministry of Construction, CIC Technology and Consulting Joint Stock Company has been implementing many digital transformation solutions in the urban development industry.

Combining BIM and GIS to form CIM is a new method in Digital Transformation for urban planning, design and operations management towards intelligence. It allows to take advantage of the effectiveness of the BIM model on each specific project (building) the stages of planning - design - construction to operation - maintenance, and at the same time puts all data BIM data on a GIS platform to be able to statistically and query data over a large area of an urban area.

Even at a higher level, the formation of a comprehensive urban information management platform including BIM, GIS geospatial data and IoT (Internet of Things) data also helps track key data updates.
