CIC successfully held the 2023 General Meeting of Shareholders

On the morning of April 7, CIC Consulting and Technology Joint Stock Company successfully held the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the 6th floor Hall of the Company. The meeting with the large presence of shareholders summed up the activities in 2022 and agreed on a number of plans for 2023.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is one of the important activities of CIC Consulting and Technology Joint Stock Company. This is an opportunity for the Board of Directors to announce the business performance and business results of the company in the past year, as well as explain and answer questions shareholders.

 

At the meeting, according to data the Supervisory Board, led by Mr. Ninh Van Binh, there were 20 out of 44 shareholders present at the meeting with total voting rights reaching 601,166/675,000 shares.

The Congress elected the Presidium, the Secretariat, the Committee for Examination of Delegates' qualifications and the Voting Counting Committee as follows:

- The Secretariat includes Mr. Mai Anh Tuan as Head of the Department and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang

- Delegates Inspection Committee includes Mr. Ninh Van Binh as the head of the committee and Ms. Dinh Thi Minh Xuyen

- Vote Counting Committee includes Ms. Vu Thi Huong Thao as Head, Ms. Nghiem Thi Thu Ha and Ms. Nguyen Thanh Tu.

-    Descriptions on dividends, setting aside funds in 2022 and the 2023 plan; Report on remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023; Proposal on selection of an independent audit unit to review the semi-annual report and audit the 2023 financial statements;

The meeting also recognized the opinions of shareholders on the proposal to increase capital to increase the potential of the company and the proposal on income of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and employees.
