CIC Successfully Organizes Company's 34th Founding Anniversary Celebration

On the occasion of the 34th founding anniversary of CIC Technology and Consulting Joint Stock Company (November 27, 1990 – November 27, 2024), the company's staff and employees had a meaningful trip and successfully organized a commemorative ceremony in a warm and solemn atmosphere November 24 to November 25, 2024, in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Branch, with many activities connecting generations who have worked at CIC throughout 34 years.

At the main headquarters in Hanoi, the 34th founding anniversary program was organized with meaningful, bonding activities at a resort in Hoa Binh. The program was attended by the Company's Leadership Board and employees who have worked at CIC. They included:

Mr. Pham Van Hac - Founding Shareholder, Former Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Company.
Mr. Dang Duc Ha - Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ha - General Director - Board Member
Mr. Luong Thanh Hung - Deputy General Director, Director of Import Software Center
Mr. Bui Xuan Phuoc - Representative of Vietnam Construction Consulting Corporation - Board Member of CIC Technology and Consulting Joint Stock Company

The program was fully participated by all employees who have worked at CIC over 34 years.

To boost team spirit and kick off the 34th anniversary program, the organizing committee called for members to participate in a team-building activity on the afternoon of November 24, 2024. This opening activity brought lots of laughter, joy, and excitement for all members. Notably, the Company's Leadership Board, along with retired employees, enthusiastically participated, encouraging current employees, thus deepening the connection and sharing among company members.

After the team-building program was a gala evening held at a restaurant in a luxurious resort in a warm and solemn space. The ceremony had three main parts: Art Performance Program, Toast and Birthday Celebration, and a Prize Gameshow.

The ceremony began with a welcome art performance featuring carefully prepared, meticulous performances by company members themselves, leaving a strong impression on the Leadership Board, guests, and attendees. These included:

• Female duet performance: A Tour of Vietnam
• Male and female duet: Northwest Love Song
• Guitar-accompanied singing performance of "Flag" by Mr. Luong Thanh Hung, Deputy General Director
• A distinctive chorus performance by CIC Youth Union: "Walking Under a Radiant Sky"

The welcome art performances showcased the youth, love for homeland and ry, and embodied the spirit of continuous effort and development of CIC staff throughout 34 years of establishment and growth.
Following the welcome art performance, Mr. Dang Duc Ha - Chairman of CIC's Board of Directors shared the company's 34-year development journey, simultaneously setting requirements for technology centers and company members to continue the tradition, working together more closely and united to achieve larger, stronger new goals.

Continuing the passionate sharing of Board Chairman Dang Duc Ha, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ha, General Director, also shared about the early days of establishment and the continuous effort of the staff. In this development journey, he couldn't help but mention the first generations who laid the foundation for CIC, originally the Informatics Company (Ministry of Construction), for subsequent generations to inherit, preserve, and develop. Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ha emphasized that the Company's Leadership Board always accompanies the younger generation to make the company stronger, more developed, and achieve the goals set by the Leadership Board.

After the birthday cake cutting and toast, a special art performance called "Boss, Where Are We Going" - a gift CIC Youth Union to all employees and guests - followed. This performance was beloved by all program participants, with a message of determination to develop CIC and travel everywhere together.

The gameshow and artistic participation program concluded with much laughter and many prizes awarded to active participants.

On the second day of the 34th founding anniversary celebration, members enjoyed sightseeing, relaxation, bike riding, hot spring bathing, and commemorative photo sessions at the resort, creating beautiful memories and enhancing solidarity and connection among company members.

The 34th founding anniversary activities were also solemnly and warmly organized by the Company's Ho Chi Minh City Branch, with participation southern members.
