CIC successfully organizes the second BIM ISO 19650 training course

CIC Technology and Consulting Joint Stock Company (under the Ministry of Construction) successfully collaborated with the British Standards Institute (BSI) to organize the "BIM Specialist - BIM Expert Training Course in Compliance with ISO 19650 Standards." This marks the second BIM ISO 19650 training course hosted by CIC and BSI.

Dr. Nguyễn Lê Thi BSI Vietnam participated in teaching the "BIM Specialist - BIM Expert Training Course in Compliance with ISO 19650 Standards."

From July 16 to 19, 2024, and August 1 to 2, 2024, CIC Technology and Consulting Joint Stock Company (under the Ministry of Construction) and BSI Vietnam successfully held the "BIM Specialist - BIM Expert Training Course in Compliance with ISO 19650 Standards." The training attracted a significant number of experts various organizations, including the Institute of Construction Science and Technology (IBST), CPG Vietnam Co., Ltd., Junglim Architecture Vietnam Co., Ltd., and Viet Architecture JSC.

The course was taught by Dr. Nguyễn Lê Thi, a training expert in BIM BSI. Participants gained practical knowledge and experience on how to apply the ISO 19650 standard in BIM project information management.

The course content included the following main modules:

Module 1: BIM and Basic Principles
Module 2: Project Handover
Module 3: Project Information Exchange
Module 4: Security and BIM
Module 5: Health and Safety

Upon completing the course, trainees will take exams within 30 days. If they pass, they will receive a BSI certificate of completion. This certification provides a competitive advantage, helping trainees enhance their BIM expertise while boosting stakeholder confidence.
