CIC Summarizes Business Operations in 2024 and Implementation Plan for 2025

The ceremony was attended by the Board of Management, all staff members of CIC Company, along with the special participation of Mr. Than Hong Linh - Chairman of Vietnam Construction Consulting Corporation (VNCC) and Mr. Bui Xuan Phuoc - Director of Structure Office 2, representing VNCC's capital contribution at CIC Company.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ha, CEO of CIC Company, presented the summary report, highlighting notable achievements in 2024. Through wise leadership the Board of Management and continuous efforts of the staff, in 2024, CIC Company achieved impressive business results, exceeding the year's targets.

Outstanding units and business segments:

Imported Construction Software, BIM Consulting and Digital Construction Center, Ho Chi Minh City Branch, and Construction Software are units maintaining efficiency and growth over the years.

BIM consulting and training activities achieved signed contracts worth over 21 billion VND, affirming credibility with major investors, project management boards, and contractors.

Sustainable environmental services and greenhouse gas inventory achieved positive results, creating a foundation for long-term development.

The enjiCAD software developed by CIC continues to earn trust and selection domestic and international customers.

Notable activities in 2024:

CIC organized many in-depth seminars, expanding cooperation with major global software companies.

Upgraded product/service quality, especially in greenhouse gas emissions, quality control, and research into new technologies like CIM and AI.

Successfully won 2 Second Prizes (no First Prize awarded) in the EVNGENCO2 Operations Center Design competition.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dang Duc Ha, Chairman of CIC's Board of Directors, commended the efforts and achievements of all staff members, while emphasizing new challenges and opportunities in the context of national digital transformation, encouraging CIC to continue developing.

Mr. Than Hong Linh, Chairman of Vietnam Construction Consulting Corporation, also praised CIC's achievements and expressed expectations for the company to continue expanding and becoming a strong unit within the VC Group system.

New Personnel Appointments:

At the summary ceremony, the CEO signed Decision No. 02/2025/QD-CIC, Decision No. 04/2025/QD-CIC, and Decision No. 05/2025/QD-CIC regarding new personnel appointments:

• Mr. Dinh Tran Tuan - Construction IT Engineer - appointed as Director of the Imported Construction Software Distribution Center January 2, 2025.
• Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Thuong - Law Graduate - appointed as Head of General Affairs Department January 2, 2025.
• Mr. Tran Ngoc Quynh - Foreign Language Graduate - appointed as Director of Technology Solutions Center for Mining and Construction Materials January 2, 2025.

2024 was also a year when CIC made strong impressions in building and developing its workforce. The company organized professional training courses while caring for staff's spiritual life and health, creating a professional, united, and effective working environment.
