As part of promoting digital transformation in Quang Ninh Province's water sector, CIC Technology and Consulting Joint Stock Company and Bentley organized a workshop on "Applying OpenFlows Solutions" for Quang Ninh Clean Water Company. As this is free software, the model creation steps are entirely manual and require significant time to calibrate the model to match reality. Even when the model is calibrated correctly, there's no certainty that it will remain accurate in the future (when the network adds new customer service connections or experiences leakage points).
