Why is greenhouse gas inventory important?

Greenhouse gas inventory is the first and crucial step in a business's greenhouse gas emission reduction roadmap. This inventory activity helps:

    - Understand emission levels: Businesses will clearly understand the amount of greenhouse gases their business operations release into the environment.

    - Develop emission reduction plans: Based on inventory results, businesses can develop appropriate and effective emission reduction plans and strategies.

    - Create competitive advantage: In the context of increasingly strict environmental regulations, greenhouse gas inventory helps businesses meet international standards, enhance competitiveness, and expand markets, especially export markets.

    - Sustainable development: Greenhouse gas inventory is the foundation for businesses to move towards sustainable development, optimize costs, and enhance brand image.

International trends and urgent requirements for Vietnamese businesses

Countries worldwide are gradually tightening import regulations through greenhouse gas emission reporting requirements such as CBAM, ESG... Therefore, greenhouse gas inventory and implementation of emission reduction solutions are urgent requirements for Vietnamese businesses, especially those with export products.

2025 is also the time when the entire political system and people of the ry together determine greater goals, focusing on key areas such as digital economy, green transformation, high-quality human resource development, and building modern national defense and security. These strategic orientations not only help Vietnam integrate more deeply into the global flow but also establish a new, solid position in all challenges. Therefore, Vietnamese businesses are joining hands to achieve the common goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, pursuing the net-zero emission target.
