1. Project management consulting

a. Progress management, quality management;

Details are as follows:

• Assess the current status of project implementation and understand project implementation processes to plan project management and control;

• Evaluate changes related to design, construction, procurement of materials and equipment, labor safety, environmental sanitation and fire and explosion prevention, acceptance testing and project handover , operation training: propose to the Investor appropriate measures to ensure that the above changes do not affect safety, quality and project implementation progress;

• Prepare bidding documents and advise on contractor selection;

• Check and manage the progress and quality of contract implementation by contractors in accordance with the signed contract;

• Review and check documents of contractors and other consultants according to the contract signed with the Investor;

• Supervise and manage contractors to implement the schedule established by other contractors and adjust and re-establish the project implementation schedule (if necessary) in accordance with the total progress and approved important milestones;

• Monitor, evaluate and report progress completion levels of contractors. Handle any delays and take authentic measures to complete on schedule as committed to the Investor;

• Supervise and direct contractors to carry out work in accordance with important milestones and time periods of the project;

• Review and check the contractor's construction organization measures and quality plans;

• Manage risks related to the project;

• Prepare, check, and manage plans and conditions to conduct experiments, inspections, trial runs, and acceptance in accordance with the total schedule;

• Inspect, supervise and urge the preparation and implementation of measures to ensure labor safety, environmental sanitation and fire and explosion prevention of contractors;

• Inform the Investor about the completeness of the work before acceptance;

• Check plans and manage the training process of training contractors, provide operating instructions and technology transfer of contractors;
